These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ShopExpressWay website and mobile app, designed to bring household essentials to Indian homes. To shop, you must be 18 or older and provide accurate details during registration or checkout. Orders placed are offers to purchase, subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, notifying you promptly. Prices are in rupees, inclusive of taxes unless stated, and subject to change.

Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways. Once confirmed, orders ship per our delivery terms (see Information page). Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days if items are unused and in original packaging – contact us to initiate. Shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective. Refunds process within 7-10 business days.

You agree not to misuse our platforms, including hacking or posting harmful content. ShopExpressWay owns all intellectual property on our site and app, including logos and designs – unauthorized use is prohibited. We’re not liable for indirect damages from service use, like lost profits, beyond Indian legal limits.
